Love Howick is ecstatic to celebrate the donation of 2 additional, brand new, Husqvarna brushcutters to the Renoverge Project! The Renoverge project is a Love Howick initiative to beautify Howick and offer opportunities for the community to partner in making Howick an even more marvellous place to live. The project gains further momentum with the addition of these magnificent machines donated by Midlands Power Equipment.

Midlands Power Equipment is a supplier of world-class machinery and accessories situated in exchange lane, Howick. The addition of these brushcutters means that the Love Howick Renoverge team are able to make more progress each day to clear and clean overgrown areas, especially along the entrance routes to the town.
Overgrown verges pose a danger in terms of visibility, preventing motorists, cyclists and pedestrians from making informed choices as they use the road. These areas also serve as places of hiding for criminals to wait and sort stolen goods. Cleaning up these areas makes Howick not just a more beautiful, but also a safer place to live.
